Thank you for visiting and shopping at Townline Trophy & Design. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please Note: Custom orders and products that require design work may have a longer processing time, which will be communicated to you during the order process.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Local Delivery: Orders with a product total over $199 (not including taxes or other services) qualify for free local delivery. This service is available for addresses within a 25-mile radius of our business location. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. NO WEEKEND LOCAL DELIVERY

Free Economy Shipping: Orders with a product total over $199 (not including taxes or other services) qualify for free economy shipping within the continental U.S.

Customer Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order for free. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our location:

Regular Shipping Rates: For orders under $199, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Townline Trophy & Design ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Townline Trophy & Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
