We aim to make ordering easy and clear. If your award arrives damaged, flawed, or significantly different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund your money.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, we'll send a FREE replacement of the damaged item (or an item of equal value), or issue a refund for the damaged goods. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of it.
Returns:
Most of our orders arrive in perfect condition. However, if you need to return an item (excluding personalized items like crystal, glass, acrylic, engraved medals, and most plaques), you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us for instructions. Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
